Return & Refund Policy

At Vaverie, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handwoven Ikat and premium silk products. We want you to love what you ordered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items bought on clearance or during a sale.
- Custom-made, tailored, or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
A Note on Handloom Textiles: Because our products are crafted using authentic handloom techniques and natural/organic dyes, slight irregularities in weave, pattern, or color are a natural hallmark of the craft, not a defect. Minor color bleeding in the first few washes is also characteristic of organic dyeing. These natural variations do not qualify for a return or refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at vaverieofficial@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 73030 47944 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photographs and an unboxing video to your email.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
3. Shipping Your Return
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Safe Transit: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality check team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Deductions: Any original shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or pattern, please initiate a return for the original item (for a refund or store credit) and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and the product. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
